Xairos is a space telecommunications company that is disrupting Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) by using quantum clock synchronization. Now, more than ever, there is a need for a timing system that is faster, more accurate, and that cannot be jammed or spoofed. Xairos is leveraging advancements in Quantum Communications and our patented Quantum Clock Synchronization Technology (QCS) for the Second Quantum Revolution. The time is now.  

  

Xairos is named after kairos, the Greek word for opportune time. The name refers to the company’s proprietary Quantum Timing Technology. The X in Xairos is an homage to the Greek letter chi from nonlinear quantum optics. The graphics represent quantum communications by depicting entangled photons embedded in the logo. Therefore, Xairos is pronounced with a ‘k.’ The concept of kairos has several deeper meanings – not only does it refer to precise timing, but the “right time for action or the critical moment,” unlike “chronos,” which is chronological time.

GPS touches every second of our modern technology-driven world. GPS is highly vulnerable to jamming and spoofing, with hundreds of thousands of local outages reported yearly, and increasing.
