Anestassia Alderete is a Corporate IT/IS Associate at Xairos, where she provides expertise in website management, digital content creation, videography, photography, and marketing support. She works closely with the Xairos team to ensure the company’s mission is realized, applying technical proficiency, creative problem-solving, and a keen eye for detail to bring ideas to life.
She holds a B.A. from the University of Washington, Seattle, with a focus on pre-med courses and Italian Studies, and has taught Italian and English both in the U.S. and internationally. Her photography has been published in multiple magazines, reflecting her ability to capture unique perspectives and communicate visually across diverse audiences. Her work spans website creation and maintenance, instructional and creative video production, business and product photography, image and video editing, and graphic design.
Outside of work, Anestassia is passionate about martial arts, particularly jiu jitsu, healthy living, and exploring human behavior inspired by her life experiences and deepened through multicultural perspectives and artistic expression. Through photography and art, she seeks to reveal unseen perspectives and challenge conventional thinking.
